Ingredients:
- 750 gr. chopped pitted dates
- 1 cup boiling water
- 250 gr. semolina ( rulang )
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 500 gr .Butter
- 250 gr. Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla,
- 1 Tin milk
- 100 gr. cashew nuts,
- 250g Flour
- 3 Tablespoon Coco powder
- 2 tablespoon Tea
Method :
- Mix the dates with boiling tea and baking soda.
- Keep at least 12 hours.
- Beat the butter and sugar gradually add tin milk.
- Fold the flour,coco powder and baking powder.
- Finally add the dates with semolina.
- Add some drops vanilla and cashew nuts and bake 150c.
